30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every Nuvura product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund of your purchase price.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@nuvura.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions if applicable. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval and will be credited to your original payment method.
Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- One refund per customer per product
- Promotional and bundle orders are eligible for refunds on a pro-rated basis
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@nuvura.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Subscription Orders
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day policy as one-time purchases.
